As the saying goes, different strokes for different folks. Nothing could be closer to the truth when looking at Scotty's body of work. He's designed putters for players seeking all sorts of looks, lengths and feels. Take for example his new Studio Select Kombi Long putter.

Originally designed for a few Tour players looking for a longer putter, the Kombi Long is 50-inches of clean, cool confidence all based on the performance-proven Kombi putter head platform.

The USGA mandates that a putter have at least 10 degrees of lie angle from a straight-up-and-down angle of 90 degrees. At a lie angle of 79°, the Kombi Long lets the player stand nearly upright, anchoring the shaft to the sternum for a steady stroke at the optimal long putter setup.

Scotty developed this three-point-weighted mallet with its stainless steel center sole weight bar and triangulated stainless weights to give the Kombi Long exceptional balance. With a new custom split grip and a double bend stepless shaft with one shaft of offset, the Kombi Long sets the new standard for long putters.

Growing up, Scotty often played golf with his father, an insurance investigator with a passion for the game and a two handicap. When they weren't out on a golf course, they were in the garage working on clubs, shaping heads, wrapping grips, creating new designs, then taking them out for "field" tests.
