30 Year Warranty InformationWarranty Information: CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable warrants that all its category-rated (Category 3, Catagory 5E & Catatgory 6) products will perform in accordance with TIA/EIA-568 standards for thirty (30) years from the date of original purchase. CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable further warrants that its category-rated products will remain free from defects in material and workmanship for thirty (30) years from the date of original purchase. To qualify for the 30 year warranty coverage, you must have submitted the 30 year warranty certified installer applicaiton for approval. Upon approval we will provide you with a certificate of acceptance.
CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (1) year from the date of original purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all products manufactured by CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable have a minimum 1 Year Limited Product Warranty. "We do not cover labor cost related to defects and or installation workmanship". The warranty is issued to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable in any way at any time. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, purchaser shall promptly notify and return such defective product to CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable (F.O.B. CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable at 36595 Kevin Road, Wildomar CA 92595) together with proof of purchase to establish such claim after being given an RMA number by CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable.
All CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable manufactured products sold for Resale, unless otherwise stated, come with a (1) Year Limited Product Warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to any damage of product or failure that is caused by condition beyond CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable's control, including but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable shall not be liable for any costs or removal or installation. CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable's discretion.
The express warranties herein contained are in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, As to any matter whatsoever, and seller hereby disclaims such warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty relating to the design, quality or condition of the equipment, its merchantability, fitness, or capacity for any particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade or any other matter.
Return PolicyA Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided to repair, replace or refund defective equipment. CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable will do it's best to facilitate item(s) repair when and if covered by our warranty and will replace or refund the item's cost (at the time of purchase. Items sold without manufacturer's warranty are provided a 90-day end user warranty (30 day Reseller), unless otherwise stated. Replace/Repair/Refund is at CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable's discretion.
RMA's will not be issued for items that have been improperly installed, abused, or miss-handled. CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable may elect to not issue a RMA in the case of customer miss-order. Customer miss-ordered, unopened items may be eligible for an Authorized RMA within first 30 days of customer receiving product.
CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable does not provide an RMA for customer mis-ordered product. Authorized returns for refund or credit for non-defective items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
To apply for a return authorization number please fill out and fax to CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable the online RMA Form provided on our website. (RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after issuance). Items not received by CRN Solutions Inc. (dba) Primus Cable, Inc. within the 10-day RMA window may be denied a refund or credit. Replacements are shipped promptly UPS Ground Standard Sevice back to the customer upon receipt and testing of defective merchandise.
