Goosenecks are utilized to provide a mounting stand for attaching access control systems to custom gate installations. Various access control devices can be mounted to them for intercoms, keypads, card readers, and telephone systems. There are two general types of keypad goosenecks for vehicle gate access control: pad mount, and post mount.
