Corrugated Innerduct

We offer complete conduit solutions, our Corrugated Innerduct Conduit is designed to be installed inside buildings to facilitate pulling cable between two points such as a telecommunications closet (TC) to a work-area outlet, or from an equipment room to a TC. To protect, isolate, and identify cables, Innerduct may be installed inside existing larger-diameter conduit.

Corrugated Innerduct is designed to provide high tensile strength, with low weight per foot for ease of handling especially when cable runs are longer. The corrugated design significantly improves ease of use when compared to smoothwall or ribbed innerduct. Corrugated duct provides the lowest cable pulling friction of ANY innerduct design because of the reduced surface area and has no reel memory which eliminates spiraling in the conduit.

We have several types of innerduct conduit, the location where the innerduct will be installed dictacts the type of innerduct you will use for your cable run. Our Plenum Innerduct meets UL(910) standards for National Electrical Code, Article 770, and satisfies UL2024 standards for low smoke and flame propagation. Plenum rating is mandated to be installed in any "air handling" space. For example, most large office buildings use the ceiling to return air to the AC unit. This qualifies as a plenum ceiling, and all the cables that go through that ceiling must be plenum rated.

Our Riser rated conduit is generally less expensive than plenum rated conduit because plenum rated conduit is constructed from special flame retardant material that adds extra cost to the manufacturing of the product. In projects where Plenum Rated Conduit is not required, Riser conduit is nearly ubiquitous.
