CAT8 Modular Plug

These RJ45 connectors are designed to work specifically with CAT8 cable. RJ45 contacts are gold plated to enhance signal conductivity. They have 8 pins and 8 conductors (8p8c) with inserts included as part of the design. The wire alignment insert provides an efficient termination without requiring a crimp tool.

A cable stripper is recommended to expose the inner conductors while preparing the cable, however. Our CAT8 Shielded RJ45 modular plug comes with the recommended cable boots, as well as copper foil tape to help further reduce electromagnetic interference.
