The product's direct-attach optical cables are based on the 10G and 40G Ethernet IEEE 802.3ae standards, supporting 4 lanes of 10 Gbps (40 Gbps composite) and are programmed to be fully compatible and functional with the brand's own designated switching devices. These cables utilize multimode fiber with a nominal wavelength of 850 nm. The active optical QSFP28 cable is lightweight with a small diameter.
