The direct attach copper cables support 4 lanes of 10Gbs (40Gbs composite). This product is specifically designed to be fully compatible and functional with its brand's own designated switching devices. The passive design has no signal amplification. The passive QSFP+ to 4x SFP cable is a low cost alternative for short reach application.
