Female to Female Amphenol Cable

An Amphenol cable is a type of telecom cable made famous by the brand of the company that originally manufactured them. Amphenol Corporation is a major producer of networking cable including coax, fiber optic, and telco cable. Primus Cableprovides amphenol cable intended for connecting multiple voice and data lines for LANs and telecommunications networks.

This section features amphenol cable with female to female connectors. Our Cat3 25-Pair Amphenol Cable includes a 90 degree female connector on each end. This particular amphenol cable measures 50 feet in length, but we have this type of cable in lengths ranging from 5 feet to 100 feet in length. This amphenol cable measures 24 AWG in diameter, and is generally used with 66 type telco blocks.

Primus Cableprovides both 66 and 110 style Telco Blocks for wiring telephone and data systems. Although we carry both styles, the newer 110 style telco block is preferred for their superior crosstalk characteristics. 110 style telco blocks also allow higher density terminations and meet higher bandwidth specifications.

Make sure you have the necessary Bridge Clips for your telco blocks. Our 66 block bridge clips are available in packs of 100, and are simple to install. Bridge clips are used to connect the two center terminals, forming a point of interface between the subscriber and provider. Bridge clips can be easily removed by a technician to troubleshoot the connection.
