Backhaul Cabinets

The Backhaul Cabinet, or Backhaul Enclosure, is designed to shelter and protect rack units and 19” rack mounted equipment. Primus Cable’s Backhaul Enclosures come with at least 21U of rack space with a wall or unistrut mountable configuration, with the main body being constructed of aluminum. Furthermore, these enclosures are manufactured of exceptional materials and built here in the USA.

The Backhaul Network Cabinet, 12RU has a three point locking system and dual 100 CFM fans thermostatically controlled to provide a weatherproof and secure environment. Conversely, more ambitious networking projects are well accommodated by our Backhaul Network Cabinet, 21RU; this Backhaul Cabinet has a swing out rack with tapped holes to provide rear access to the unit. Two 100CFM fans in the solar shielded roof allow for positive airflow and decreased solar loading. There is a removable side panel to install a 2,500 Watt heat exchanger unit. Primus Cable’s Backhaul Enclosures with their door alarm switches and 3-point latching systems, provide unrivaled security with easy access for system maintenance.
