The Jonard Tools TK-DC03 is a purpose-built operations and maintenance kit for data center technicians responsible for keeping fiber, copper, and power infrastructure running in all data center types including traditional set ups like edge & enterprise, hyperscales, colocations and AI networks.
This kit addresses the full range of routine O&M work, from inspecting and cleaning LC, SC, MPO 12-core, and MPO 16-core fiber connectors to testing copper cable runs, validating continuity, and performing live electrical work safely around data center power distribution.
Whether you are troubleshooting a degraded fiber link, tracing an unlabeled copper run, or working around live grounding buses and PDU panels, the TK-DC03 has the right tool for the task, all organized and ready for the demands of daily on-site maintenance work.

- FCT-100 safely removes fiber connectors from high density panels and ports while the WFM-100 helps inspect LC, SC, MPO 12-core, and MPO 16-core fiber connector end-faces, catching contamination before it degrades link performance or causes outages.
- Clean fiber connectors using format-specific tools such as CLS-125/50 for LC, CLS-250/50 for SC, FCCS-120 for MPO 12-core, and FCCS-160 for MPO 16-core. Additional consumables such as CWP-125 swabs, DW-90 dry wipes, FCF-4 All in One Fiber Optic Cleaning Fluid, and FW-50 wet wipes included providing a full solution to removing particulate contamination that raises insertion loss in ways the human eye cannot detect.
- Measure insertion loss FPM-50S and verify fiber link performance FLS-50S across single-mode installations, covering commissioning sign-off, ongoing maintenance verification, and fast first-pass fault checks without requiring full OTDR setup.
- Trace cable runs, verify continuity, and pinpoint fault distance on copper infrastructure with the TDR-100 across raised floors, overhead trays, and crowded patch panels reducing exploratory demolition. Maintain efficiency during maintenance with the modular crimper and cutter UC-4511 during O&M and break-fix work.
- Work safely around data center power distribution panels, grounding buses, and PDU feeds. ACM-1000 detects voltage and common electrical issues. TCK-178 and TCC-178 provides a full termination solution while 1,000V-rated insulated hand tools rated to IEC standards, covers the driving with INS-180 and INS-8175, and fastening tasks with INP-1072 most common in data center electrical maintenance.
