American Made Fiber Optic Splice Trays

A high speed fiber optic data network is only as robust as its connections. It is imperative for fiber connections to be organized in a safe environment. The fiber splice tray provides a secure space for fiber optic fusion and mechanical splices. We have a wide selection of fiber splice trays to suit your networking requirements.

Our fiber splice trays are manufactured to universal standards making them compatible with rack mount patch panels and wall mount fiber enclosures. They have either a plastic or aluminum base, and can accommodate anywhere from 12 to 144 splices.

The Fiber Splice Tray, 24 Single Fusion Splices, 0.5”x9.75”x4.5” is designed to safely route and store optical fiber and associated splices.

This fiber splice tray is equipped with a full set of organizers to support single and mass fusion splicing and is fully compliant to industry specification Telecordia GR-769, Splice Organizer Assemblies for Optical Fibers. It is designed for installation into an optical fiber splice enclosure or a rack mount unit. We have fiber splice trays to accommodate from 12 to 36 single fusion splices.

We also provide fiber patch panels in both swing-out, and slide-out varieties. The Swing Out Fiber Patch Panel, 2 Panels/2 Splice Tray, 1U is a rack mount fiber patch panel consisting of one rack unit, two termination units, and either of two universal 19” or 23” mounting supports. This rack mount fiber distribution unit is designed to support both patching and splicing in one unit. The fiber patch panel can hold up to 12 fiber splice trays, and the fiber housing has a swing out master panel that allows for accessing terminations and splicing.

We also offer slide-out splice shelves like the Slide Out Fiber Splice Shelf, 3U. This three rack unit in-rack splice shelf is designed to support up to 96 individually spliced fibers. The fiber housing has a slide out master panel that allows for accessing splice trays for ease in installation and maintenance. The fiber enclosure supports up to four 24 fiber splice trays. Some of our fiber patch panels are made with both termination panels and fiber splice trays in one unit.
