Our 1" by 50' length coiled Flexible Aluminum Conduit is used as a raceway to pull wire and other conductors through. This flexible conduit is used for both indoor and outdoor use but primarily in dry areas where it would be impractical to install non-flexible conduit, yet where metallic strength to protect conductors is still required.

EMT Conduit Accessories
EMT conduit is generally manufactured of coated steel although it is sometimes made of aluminum. It is more frequently used in commercial and industrial applications, and not so much in residential buildings. Aluminum conduit is preferred for installations where higher corrosion resistance is required. Coated steel conduit is recommended for installations inside concrete, as aluminum reacts to alkalis in cement.
