American Made Broadband CATV Coaxial Cables

Coaxial cable for broadband television applications is built with a higher level of shielding than typical RG59 coax. Our broadband coaxial cable is made to maintain high signal integrity while preventing electromagnetic interference (EMI.) This allows for data transmission speeds up to 3.0 GHz. Our broadband coax includes RG6 and RG11 cable.

When a higher level of signal integrity is paramount, coax cable is quad shielded, with several alternating layers of foil and braid shielding. This is ideal for distribution of cable television signals or installation in areas of high electronic noise.

The RG6 Dual Shielded Coaxial Cable for CATV is a high grade 18 AWG diameter coax for digital HDTV, satellite, and CATV. It is sweep tested up to 3 GHz. and has PET foil shielding with 60% aluminum braid shielding as well. This shielded coax cable has a white, plenum rated jacketing making it safe for installation in air ducts and plenum areas. It comes on a wooden spool of 1,000ft. for easy installation.

For direct burial outdoor applications, we offer the RG11 Outdoor Direct Burial Coaxial Cable. It has a foamed dielectric over a copper coated steel 14 AWG diameter conductor. The PVC jacket is flame resistant for direct burial applications, and is ETL verified. The additional shielding of this coaxial cable provides a higher level of signal retention for television, cable, and internet applications.

When preparing for your next installation project, make sure you have the necessary tools for the job. We offer the Coax Compression Tool for F Type Connectors. This tool is ideal for the CATV installer, with a patented rotating head allowing a quick change from RG11/7 to RG59/6 without any adjustments necessary. This crimping tool has a molded, cushioned handle making it comfortable for high volume usage.
